Our coaches have a passion for teaching the sport of lacrosse. We bring positive energy and a deep knowledge of the sport. Most of our coaches have college experience, and some are current college players.
Each session is 90 minutes and consists of a warm up, stick work and skills drills, followed by scrimmages in the SIXES format. About half the time is dedicated to drills, the other half to game play. This ensures a balance between getting better and having fun.
Cost & Registration: Sessions are a la carte. You can attend one, or you can attend all. Price per session is $40 and you must have a valid USA Lacrosse membership. To register, please visit our website at www.firelacrosse.org. For more info please contact: randy@firelacrosse.org.
